Policies

At Jolie Aesthetics & Wellness, we uphold ethical standards and operational efficiency to ensure a positive work environment and provide a serene, rejuvenating experience. Our priority is to accompany each guest with a seamless experience, supported by clear policy guidelines that enable us to deliver the best possible care and service.

  • We kindly request a 48-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Your timely communication is appreciated as we respect the time of our clients. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows may result in a $50 fee.

  • At Jolie Aesthetics & Wellness, we offer multiple payment options, including cash, all major credit cards, checks, Apple Pay, Cherry, and CareCredit.

    Please note, a 3% surcharge applies to payments made via credit card.

  • To secure appointments booked online, Jolie requires a $50 deposit at the time of scheduling. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of the treatment at the time of the appointment.

    All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to a new appointment with adequate notice, following our cancellation guidelines.

  • Jolie implements a $25 fee for in-house weight loss injections administered by our nurses. This fee covers the time, care, and expertise provided by our team. For those who choose to take their injections home, no fee will be applied.

  • If you're running late, no worries! We offer a 10-minute grace period. After that, a $50 no-show fee will be enforced to cover the provider's time. This helps us stay on schedule and deliver the best care for all our clients. We understand that life gets busy! If you can't make it, please let us know in advance to avoid fees & help us accommodate others!

  • All clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatments at Jolie. Clients under 18 must have parental consent and the parent or legal guardian must be present at the appointment.

  • To maintain a calm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask that phones be silenced and loud conversations be kept to a minimum. Please help us keep the front desk area clear and accessible so our team can assist clients efficiently when checking in and out.

  • To schedule an appointment or consultation, you can call our front desk at (845) 501-4215 or book online. If you have any questions or want guidance before booking, don’t hesitate to give us a call, we’re here to help every step of the way!

  • Each new service requires completion of a consent form. Upon booking, you will receive all intake forms via email. If you have not filled them out beforehand, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to relax and enjoy a refreshment. Any additional arrival instructions for your service will be communicated to you in advance!

  • As a licensed medical aesthetics practice, Jolie Aesthetics & Wellness is legally required to conduct a Good Faith Exam for every client prior to administering any medical treatments such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, other injectables, or lasers/mirconeedling. This is a mandatory step in compliance with state medical regulations and is designed to prioritize client safety.

    We partner with SpaKinect, a trusted third-party telehealth platform, to provide these exams conveniently and securely. The Good Faith Exam is a brief video consultation—typically 5 to 10 minutes—with a licensed nurse practitioner who will review your health history, assess your eligibility for treatment, and provide the necessary medical clearance. This exam is not optional and must be completed before any aesthetic procedure can be performed.

    Important Notes:

    • The Good Faith Exam is valid for 12 months and must be renewed annually, regardless of treatment frequency or changes to your medical history.

    • This exam must be completed in real time via video call. It is not a consent form and cannot be emailed or completed independently.

    • If you have not completed your Good Faith Exam prior to your scheduled appointment, we will assist you in doing so; however, please be aware this may affect your treatment time.

    We understand these requirements may be new for some clients, but they are in place to ensure the safest and most compliant care possible. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the highest standards in medical aesthetics.

  • To ensure a safe and relaxing environment for all clients, children are not permitted in treatment rooms, and we kindly ask that only the client receiving the service be present. Treatment spaces are designed for a calm and focused atmosphere, and additional people can unintentionally disrupt the experience for both the client and the provider.

    Pets are also not permitted in treatment rooms; however, service animals are allowed.

    We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a safe, peaceful, and professional environment for everyone.

  • all clients are asked to complete consent forms prior to their appointment. These forms are texted to you ahead of time for convenience.

    If they haven’t been completed beforehand, we kindly ask that you arrive 10–15 minutes early so there’s plenty of time to fill them out before your service begins.

  • For your safety and the best possible results, please let us know of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history before your appointment. Keeping us updated ensures that all treatments are safe and tailored to your needs.

  • Your well-being is our top priority. Our providers reserve the right to refuse or pause services if a treatment may not be safe or appropriate for any reason.

    To ensure a comfortable experience, please communicate openly with your provider about any concerns, sensitivities, or preferences during your service.
