A 3% processing fee applies to credit card transactions. Debit cards are not subject to this fee.

If you're unable to visit us and utilize your membership, no worries! Your regular billing will proceed as usual, and the amount will be credited to your Jolie account. This credit can be redeemed for any service or product offered at the spa, including products,laser treatments, injectables, and more!

We require a valid credit or debit card on file for automatic monthly payments. Cash payments are not accepted for memberships.

Your monthly fee of $500, $265, or $110 cannot be refunded. However, it will be converted into a credit on your Jolie account once your monthly cycle is over and if it remains unused.

Jolie memberships span a year, but you have the option to cancel after just 3 months. There is a $150 fee for an early cancellation.

Enjoy complimentary vitamin shot monthly, discounts on both products and services, and exclusive invitations to member-only parties!

The glow membership, priced at $110, includes one Jolie glow facial per month. Meanwhile, the flex membership, priced at $265, offers the flexibility to select one of six different services each month! & the Luxe membership, priced at $500, is similar to the Flex but offers 6 services to choose from once a month.

Unfortunately, we're unable to combine external promotions with membership discounts. However, if you stumble upon a fantastic deal, we're happy to save your membership perks for another occasion!

Your billing cycle starts on the day you sign up, and then you'll be charged on the 1st of each month. During this time frame, you're free to enjoy the services included in your membership!
