To ensure the most effective and comfortable treatment, we recommend:

• Avoid waxing, plucking, or threading for at least 3–4 weeks before your session. The laser needs the hair follicle intact to target it properly.

• Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment. This allows the laser to reach the follicle beneath the surface without singeing the hair above the skin.

• Avoid sun exposure or tanning (including self-tanner) for 1–2 weeks before treatment. Tanned skin can interfere with the laser’s ability to distinguish hair pigment from skin pigment.

• Skip active skincare products (like retinol, glycolic acid, or exfoliants) on the area for a few days prior.
